Job summary
The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd is recruiting an Internal Account Support for our prestigious client in Poole to join a busy, office-based cruise division team.
You will handle frontline customer support, manage orders from receipt to fulfilment, coordinate with SMEs for product knowledge, and liaise with transport and 3PL partners, ensuring timely delivery and accurate paperwork while delivering excellent service.
Qualifications
- Experience with order receipt and processing from start to finish.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and data management.
