Job Title

Job Role

The Customer Operations Executive plays a key role in managing both UK and International order processing. Ensuring timely and accurate delivery to retail and distributor partners.

This role requires strong attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced environment. The role requires coordination with the sales and finance teams to maintain a seamless operation, resolve order issues and deliver exceptional customer service. It will also involve administrate assistance to the wider Supply and Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • UK Wholesale order management – from processing orders, to liaising with 3PL to ensure orders and picked/packed and delivered on time.
  • International order processing - from processing orders, to liaising with 3PL to ensure orders and picked/packed in full. Complete relevant documentation to arrange delivery or collection of orders within the agreed timeframes.
  • Working closely with the sales team, ensuring alignment on orders and stock allocations
  • Building relationships with customer supply chain teams, ensuring emails and queries are resolved in a timely manner, whilst ensuring clear communication of order updates and flag any out of stock issues.
  • Investigate and resolve any stock discrepancies and shortage claism. Working with sales and finance to resolve in a timely manner.
  • Managing Head Office stock. Ensuring sufficient stock is held and tracked for use of staff requirements, such as for training & marketing purposes.
  • Support the Operations and Supply Chain Manager on rework orders to ensure the 3PL reworks stock as per the planned schedule and completes within agreed timeframe.
  • Provide admin support for the Supply and Operation team and cover Customer Care Executive responsibilities during times of absence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in Sales Exec or Customer Operations
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Resilient, able to adapt to change and look for opportunities to continuously improve all elements of the business
  • Forensic attention to detail
  • Accountability and ownership of your work
  • Demonstrates a well-rounded thought-process.

This position is a hybrid role with 4 days working in the office located on the King's Road in Chelsea, London SW3, and one day working from home.
