Customer Operations Executive

This role sits within the Operations team and forms part of our Customer Operations team. They are the face of Funding Circle and work passionately to ensure small businesses have an excellent experience in securing funding.

The role

You will assist small business owners with funding queries, providing customer support to help them understand our offerings for growth and expansion. Your role is to deliver top-quality service to our customers and assist them with their needs.

Supporting the Sales and Operations Channels, you will embody one of our key selling points: delivering customer value that enhances satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Handling inbound inquiries via phone or email, answering borrower questions.
  2. Requesting information from borrowers through email or phone.
  3. Updating the Salesforce CRM system with relevant information to facilitate loan processing.
  4. Building strong relationships with third-party suppliers and internal departments.
  5. Supporting business reporting by maintaining accurate and updated information.
  6. Proactively solving problems, identifying, and mitigating risks or issues in your daily work.
