Job description

Join the Close Brothers Savings Team, where you will ensure that the onboarding of Retail and Corporate customers is conducted in accordance with departmental procedures and within agreed SLAs. Working as part of the Operations team, our ideal team member will have previous experience in a regulated services environment with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  1. Processes
  • Create and maintain customer records in the Temenos (T24) system.
  • Complete due diligence on new and existing customers following onboarding procedures.
  • Process ongoing account requests ensuring customer instructions are acted upon efficiently and standards are met.
  • Represent the department in user testing of application and system changes, communicating results effectively.
  • Develop understanding of interactions between Front Office, Back Office, and Customer Operations, building cross-departmental relationships.
  • Support ongoing projects and perform retrospective reviews to ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide telephony support to Customer Services during peak periods.
  • Customer
    • Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring clear and accurate correspondence and timely responses within SLAs.
    • Champion excellent customer service.
  • Conduct, Risk, and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory reporting requirements.
    • Escalate issues and process gaps to line managers, understanding operational and conduct risks.
    Qualifications and Skills
    • Proven experience in a regulated services environment.
    • Good organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
    • Ability to adapt and prioritize workload in a busy environment.
    • Proactive with experience in process improvement.
    • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
