Job description

Join the Close Brothers Savings Team, where you will ensure that the onboarding of Retail and Corporate customers complies with departmental procedures and within agreed SLAs. Working as part of the Operations team, our ideal team member will have previous experience in a regulated services environment with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  1. Create and maintain customer records in the Temenos (T24) system.
  2. Complete due diligence on new and existing customers following the onboarding procedures.
  3. Process ongoing account requests, ensuring customer instructions are acted upon efficiently and standards are met.
  4. Represent the department in user testing of system changes, communicating results effectively.
  5. Develop understanding of interactions between Front Office, Back Office, and Customer Operations, building cross-departmental relationships.
  6. Support ongoing projects and conduct retrospective reviews to ensure data accuracy.
  7. Provide telephony support to Customer Services during peak periods.
Customer Focus
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring clear and accurate correspondence and timely responses within SLAs.
  • Champion excellent customer service at all times.
Conduct, Risk, and Compliance
  • Adhere to Governance and Compliance requirements, including regulatory reporting and reviews.
  • Escalate issues and process gaps to line management, understanding operational and conduct risks.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in a regulated services environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize in a busy environment.
  • Proactive with experience in process improvement.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
