Job summary

Safetykleen is seeking a Customer Onboarding Coordinator to ensure a smooth transition from contract completion to service launch. You will validate contracts, capture key details, and align Sales, Operations and internal teams to deliver exceptional service from day one.

You’ll be the main point of contact for new customers, manage timelines and milestones, build strong relationships and continuously improve onboarding processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, onboarding or contract management.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to review information accurately.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate customer contracts for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
• Check pricing, products, service requirements and customer information before implementation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and internal teams to ensure service delivery.
• Manage the onboarding journey and act as the key contact for new customers.
• Keep customers informed on timelines, milestones and next steps.
• Build strong relationships and deliver a professional, welcoming customer experience; resolve queries and escalate risks.
• Maintain accurate records across business systems and CRM platforms.
• Support continuous improvements to contract validation and onboarding processes.
• Provide updates and reporting to support successful customer implementation.
