Safetykleen is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage existing accounts, protect revenue and drive growth across our UK operations. You will engage with customers via outbound calls and ensure value is maximised from our solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or customer management.
• Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CRM systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with existing customers and deliver high-quality service.
• Develop and protect revenue while identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
• Respond quickly to customer needs and follow up on opportunities with suitable Safetykleen solutions.
• Conduct regular account reviews to understand needs, risks, and retention actions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer data to enable informed decisions and follow-through.
• Collaborate with managers, account managers and credit/control teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
