Qualifications

• Inbound and outbound customer contact experience, with a focus on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Experience in telesales or customer management roles, with target-driven mindset.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Excel to manage data and identify risks or opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships through proactive contact and high service standards.
• Develop and protect revenue while identifying opportunities to grow account value.
• Follow up on opportunities and customer needs, recommending Safetykleen solutions.
• Conduct regular account reviews to understand needs and reduce churn.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure fast, effective service delivery.
