Job summary

Ellis Group is seeking a proactive Onboarding Specialist / Contracts and Customer Care Administrator to act as the central contact for candidates, contractors and customers and to coordinate the onboarding journey across Sales, Compliance, Finance and Operations.

You will ensure timely communication, clear ownership of actions and a seamless experience, keeping stakeholders informed at every step and helping the business scale as we grow our recruitment services.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for candidates, contractors and customers, providing a professional, responsive and helpful service.
• Build strong relationships and create a positive experience throughout every stage of their journey with Ellis Group.
• Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Finance and Operations to keep onboarding moving and queries resolved.
• Guide candidates through their journey, ensuring understanding of requirements and next steps.
• Maintain accurate CRM and InTime records with key interactions, queries and outcomes.
