Job summary

Safetykleen is seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Team Leader to head the Contract Validation team and ensure a seamless customer journey from contract completion through service commencement.

You will coach a team of Coordinators, manage workloads, monitor KPIs and collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Operations to deliver outstanding customer experiences from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading customer-facing teams (service/operations).
• Experience coaching colleagues to improve performance and deliver targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Contract Validation team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Create a positive, high-performing team culture through regular coaching and development conversations.
• Manage daily workloads, priorities and resource allocation to ensure contracts are validated accurately.
• Monitor KPIs, quality standards and customer outcomes, identify improvement opportunities.
• Act as escalation point for customer issues, complaints and risks with timely resolution.
