Job summary

Bromford Housing Group is looking for a neighbourhood coach to cover Almondsbury and surrounding areas. You will work independently to manage a patch of around two hundred homes, ensuring properties are well maintained and customers understand their responsibilities, while coaching and guiding residents.

Day-to-day tasks include tenancy sign ups and changes, handling low-level anti-social behaviour and safeguarding.

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to guide customers to better manage their homes.
• Willingness to develop skills and experience.

Operational patch:Almondsbury and surrounding areas (BS32 4AA)
Contract:Permanent,Full-time
Hours:37.5 per week (Monday-Friday)
Workstyle:Field-based with flexibility- a mixof homeworking,office time, and visiting customers in their homes

As a neighbourhood coach, you’ll work independently to manage a patch of around two hundred homes, making sure the properties are well maintained, customers are aware of their responsibilities as well as offering coaching and guidance.

Day to day you will manage tenancy sign ups and changes, low-levelanti-social behaviour and safeguarding. You’ll have a holistic customer approach and build good relationships with services in the local community, making sure you have a positive impact on the lives of our customers.

Working closely with our maintenance and lettings teams, you’ll make sure we effectively allocate empty homes, manage customers’ expectations around repairs as well as escalated any property maintenance issues.
