Zusammenfassung

First Mile is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive customer marketing, email campaigns and social media for a growing UK sustainability business. You'll manage customer journeys, optimise retention, create content for the website and Customer Portal, and support Brand & Comms with campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years marketing experience.
• Experience writing effective copy for digital channels such as email, social media or websites.
• Understanding of email marketing, CRM and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Working knowledge of organic social media platforms and content scheduling.
• Confidence using a website CMS.
• Awareness of GDPR and good data practice in marketing.

Aufgaben

• Build, maintain and optimise customer journeys to reduce churn and drive revenue.
• Build and deliver customer email campaigns with automated workflows and ad hoc sends.
• Monitor retention metrics like churn, rebuy revenue and order frequency.
• Support upsell and cross-sell through onsite and Customer Portal campaigns.
• Gather customer feedback and run surveys to share insights.
• Contribute to the Customer Experience group to improve touchpoints.
• Manage organic social media channels and publish content per calendar.
• Monitor and respond to comments, report monthly on social performance.
• Update website content and landing pages in the CMS to support conversions.
• Keep website and Customer Portal content accurate and on-brand.
