Job summary

First Mile is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive customer marketing activity, CRM workflows and social media management. You will work across email campaigns, retention activity and content creation for the website and Customer Portal.

You'll collaborate with Brand & Comms and Performance teams, while ensuring GDPR compliance and on-brand communications. Hybrid working with development opportunities in a fast-growing sustainability business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ marketing experience.
• Ability to write effective copy for email, social media and websites.
• Understanding of email marketing, CRM and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with organic social media planning and scheduling.
• Comfort with a website CMS and GDPR practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage customer journeys, emails and retention campaigns.
• Maintain and optimise social media channels and content calendar.
• Support content on the website and Customer Portal for conversion.
• Report on retention metrics, churn and rebuy revenue.
• Collaborate with Brand & Comms and Performance Marketing teams.
• Ensure on-brand, compliant digital copy across channels.
