Job summary

Unknown is seeking a CRM Marketing Executive to join their dynamic travel team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns, including email and app notifications, while driving CRM excellence.

You will collaborate with product managers and marketing leads, brief CRM agencies, and analyse performance against KPIs to optimise results. Hybrid working is available with at least one day in the office.

Qualifications

• Marketing or related degree.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2C marketing role, ideally within the travel or leisure industry.
• Strong background in CRM and digital / email campaign delivery.
• Experience briefing specialist CRM agency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Commercially astute with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
