As a Customer Liaison Officer, your role involves acting as the local operational representative for customers, working closely with the local branch operational team and customers daily. Developing strong relationships with customers is essential to provide front-facing support and advice. You are responsible for delivering professional service to all customers, coordinating and delivering customer operational tasks, and ensuring customer appointments are attended on time and to standard. You will foster positive relationships between Mears and customers, ensuring follow-up and effective communication. Additionally, you will support customer engagement activities across all channels, assist the Customer Service Centre with resolving frontline complaints and queries, and act as a champion for social value, internal communications, and the red thread. Engaging customers positively, involving them in the delivery process, keeping them informed of progress, and managing expectations are key responsibilities. You will convey accurate and timely information to customers and the operational team clearly.
All roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK. Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, candidates must be over 21, have held their license for over 3 months, and have less than 9 points.
