Moneyfacts Group plc is seeking a Customer Journey & Content Specialist for Moneyfactscompare.co.uk. You will own end-to-end content and user journeys, producing written, long-form and short-form video content, social media and podcasts to drive revenues and improve the customer experience.

You will collaborate with the SEO team to align content with Search Engines, AI platforms and Social channels, while keeping the customer needs at the forefront of all journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience in a digital content production role for a consumer-facing brand.
• Extensive working knowledge of SEO.
• Experience writing for AI platforms.
• Strong AI proficiency and keeping up with evolving tech.
• Strong analytical skills to measure content performance.
• Experience creating and editing short form video content.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
