Nexteq Plc is seeking a Customer Integration Engineer to support adoption of Quixant gaming platforms across EMEA and other strategic markets. You’ll work with customers from onboarding to production readiness, helping them move faster and solve complex technical challenges.

You will also help develop integration tools, OS images, sample applications and documentation to scale platform adoption. This is not a traditional support role, but a customer-obsessed engineering position.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows and Linux systems.
• Experience with embedded systems and hardware/software integration.
• Knowledge of USB, serial, TCP/IP, PCIe, GPIO interfaces.
• Ability to read, modify, and create scripts or sample code.
• Familiarity with gaming systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with customers from evaluation to production readiness.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, OS and software.
• Reproduce issues, gather evidence, and coordinate structured escalation.
• Deliver technical workshops, onboarding sessions and product demos.
• Create technical documentation and provide actionable guidance to customers.
