Job summary

Asda is seeking a Customer Insights Manager to join the Customer Planning and Insights team. You will combine customer behaviour, market intelligence and internal data to deliver commercially relevant insights for customer and commercial teams.

You will translate complex data into compelling stories, develop dashboards, and support decision-making with timely, action-oriented analyses. This role sits in a hybrid workspace with flexible office requirements and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible insight partner to customer, commercial and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of category priorities and growth opportunities using insight.
• Integrate performance measures with customer behaviour and external market intelligence.
• Translate data into clear stories, recommendations and actions.
• Deliver concise outputs using templates and frameworks for stakeholders at all levels.
• Create and present insight reports, dashboards and bespoke analyses.
• Proactively anticipate business needs and embed insight in governance and planning.
• Measure impact of insight-led initiatives and improve tools.
• Lead relationships with external agency partners and governance.
