E-Resourcing Ltd - Specialist I.T. Recruitment is seeking a Customer Analytics Specialist to translate customer data into actionable commercial insights. You will work with CRM, Marketing and commercial teams to analyse behaviour, loyalty, retention and spend, and measure campaign impact.

Build dashboards and reports to track performance, identify opportunities to grow customer value and present recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience analysing customer, CRM, loyalty or transactional data.
• Power BI or similar reporting experience.
• Experience with customer segmentation or behavioural analysis.
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to turn analysis into recommendations.
• Confident communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Loyalty or CRM analytics experience.
• Marketing campaign measurement.
• Customer lifetime value, attribution or incrementality.
• GA4 or digital analytics.
• A/B testing or experimentation.
• Exposure to Snowflake, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign.

• Identify opportunities to improve retention, frequency and customer value.
• Develop customer segmentation and behavioural analysis.
• Measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, promotions and loyalty activity.
• Explore acquisition, retention, spend and lifetime value.
• Turn complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
• Build reporting and dashboards to track customer and campaign performance.
• Partner closely with CRM, Marketing, Digital and wider commercial teams.
