ICIS is seeking a data analytics professional to turn customer, product and operational data into actionable insight that drives customer understanding, product decisions and business performance.

You will work with researchers and cross-functional teams to combine quantitative and qualitative evidence, enabling a connected view of customer needs and outcomes through data science, automation and AI-ready analytics.

Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with complex datasets.
• Excellent data science and programming skills in Python for analysis, modelling, automation and statistics.
• Experience in data manipulation, querying and analysis using SQL.
• Skilled in data visualization and presenting analytics to stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and insight generation.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to business stakeholders.
• Excellent data quality and interpretation to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, product, commercial and operational data to uncover trends and opportunities, delivering insights on behaviour, engagement and retention.
• Use SQL, Python and Excel to support reporting, dashboards and insight packs with validated data.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and visualisations to communicate performance to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business questions into analytical solutions and measurable outcomes.
