ICIS is seeking an analytical professional to join Customer Intelligence, connecting research, CRM data and performance metrics into clear, actionable insights. You will help build data science capabilities while strengthening reporting, dashboards and evidence-based decision making.

You will work with cross-functional partners to combine quantitative and qualitative evidence, supporting AI-ready analytics and cloud-based data architectures for improved customer understanding and business

Competenze

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex datasets.
• Proficient in Python for analysis, modelling, automation and statistics.
• Experience querying and analysing data using SQL.
• Data visualisation and presentation with Power BI to communicate insights.
• Excel expertise for data analysis, reporting and business insights.
• Ability to clearly communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.
• Experience using Salesforce and CRM data for analytics decisions.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and cloud-based analytics environments.
