Job summary

Farol Ltd is seeking an Extended Warranty & Service Contracts Coordinator to administer extended warranty programmes, manufacturer warranty registrations and customer service contracts.

You will work with Sales, Service and Warranty teams to ensure accurate processing of applications, machine registrations and contract activations, supporting the growth of Farol’s aftersales offering and maintaining excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy administrative or coordination role.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with professional telephone and email communication.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process extended warranty applications and registrations accurately and within timescales.
• Prepare and issue customer documentation for electronic signature.
• Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up with customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries relating to warranties and documentation.
• Assist with contract renewals and service contracts administration.
• Monitor machine operating hours to align service plans with usage.
• Produce maintenance booklets and supporting documentation.
