Job summary

Farol Ltd in Milton Common, Oxfordshire, is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to join the Sales Administration team. The role provides general administrative support to Farol’s Sales Managers across Agriculture and Groundcare, helping to streamline the sales process, assist with asset finance and improve delivery and payment for whole goods machinery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Coordination or Sales Support role.
• Knowledge of Asset Finance is helpful.
• Comfortable working in an office-based role 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Process machinery orders for customers and stock.
• Support asset finance functions, including quotations and finance agreements.
• Onboard customers to our key finance house.
• Chase finance houses for pay-outs.
• Allocate finance and customer deposits payments.
• Update deals in progress in MS Power BI to track status.
• Support the Finance Manager and Directors.
• Collaborate with sales team and other departments.
• Raise invoices and credit notes for customer accounts and finance houses.
• Assist with ad hoc requests that come into Sales Admin Inbox.
• Keep KPIs on track daily.
• Perform other ad hoc administration tasks.
