You’ll use your strong communication and organisational skills to provide accurate service advice, complete admin tasks efficiently, and help customers plan their future vehicle needs, ensuring a positive experience every time.

Responsibilities

• Be the crucial link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless service from booking to collection.
• Welcome customers at front of house and keep them informed throughout the process; manage follow-ups for satisfaction.
• Complete admin tasks efficiently and accurately; support customers with future vehicle needs; act as a trusted advisor on maintenance and service plans.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and drive satisfaction through proactive communication.
