The role supports the Service Manager, with responsibilities including handling customer inquiries, coordinating with workshop staff, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service department or similar customer-facing environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsabilités

• Support the Service Manager with day-to-day running of the department.
• Manage customer enquiries and coordinate with technicians and Parts.
• Maintain accurate records and service/warranty documentation.
• Ensure a consistently high level of customer service.
