Job summary

Dunbritton Housing Association is recruiting a Housing Services Assistant for an office-based post in Dumbarton. You will handle calls, administer housing applications, and support the Head of Housing Services and Housing Officers, while assisting customers in person.

You should have strong IT skills and be proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. The role offers flexitime, private health care, 40 days leave (25 annual leave + 15 public holidays) and an 8% pension contribution.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering admin support in a busy customer-focused environment is ideal.
• Housing experience would be advantageous but not essential.
• Office-based role including call handling, administering Housing applications, and supporting Housing services staff.
