Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT engineer for a hands-on role with an international technology organisation. You will resolve technical issues, support IT environments both remotely and on customer premises, and manage incidents via the Service Desk.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in IT engineering and practical knowledge of Cyber Essentials, GDPR, Microsoft 365, Intune, and RMM. The role involves site visits and close collaboration with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar IT engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and act as the primary contact for support matters.
• Visit customer sites to investigate, install, test, and maintain IT environments.
• Manage incidents and requests through the Service Desk system and meet SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to management when needed.
• Document technical work and maintain accurate ticket information.
• Respond to major incidents remotely or at customer locations.
