Worcester Bosch is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Experience Advanced Apprentice to join our Contact Centre. You will coordinate training resources, audit materials, and maintain our Knowledgebase and Training Matrix while supporting communication between Advisors and the Leadership Team.

The role emphasizes collaboration and a proactive approach to training improvements. You will work in a fast-paced team, with structured onboarding and opportunities to grow within the Bosch UK group.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant capacity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Ability to act as a bridge between different levels of the organisation.
• Experience working in a customer setting.
• Experience using Microsoft platforms.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and maintain departmental training and operational resources, ensuring moderation kits, equipment, and supplies are stored and available.
• Organise training room availability, audit training materials, and maintain Knowledgebase System and Training Matrix for accuracy and compliance.
• Edit and coordinate the departmental newsletter, identify improvements to training programmes, and support communication between Advisors and Leadership Team.
• Promote collaboration and engagement across the department to enable knowledge sharing.
