Job summary

Worcester Bosch in Worcester, UK, is recruiting a Customer Experience Advanced Apprentice (Graduate) to join our busy Contact Centre. This 2-year fixed-term, full-time program combines training with hands-on customer interaction to develop core skills in service delivery and knowledge management.

You will coordinate and maintain training resources, organise training room availability, and keep the Knowledgebase System and Training Matrix accurate.

Qualifications

A degree in a relevant capacity.
Experience working in a Customer Setting.
Experience using Microsoft Platforms.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain departmental training and resources.
Organise training room availability and audit materials.
Maintain the internal Knowledgebase System and Training Matrix.
Edit and coordinate the departmental newsletter and communicate with Leadership Team.
Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across Advisors.
