Worcester Bosch is seeking a Brand Management Advanced Apprentice (Graduate) to join the team in Worcester. This full-time role sits within the Worcester Bosch brand team, responsible for developing and delivering standout marketing communications for a leading heating brand.

You will support campaigns across domestic and commercial products, from boilers to controls and heat pumps, engaging engineers, specifiers and homeowners.

Qualificações

• Marketing qualifications/experience, including university degree.
• Highly organised, attention to detail and work well under pressure.
• Passionate about marketing, being creative and having a winning attitude.
• Always have the customer at the front of your mind.
• A self-motivated team player. Participates fully within the sales and marketing teams and contributes to wider team effort and vision.
• Ability to work with all levels within the business.
• You will be able to manage multiple priorities all with conflicting deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Act as brand guardian for your area and ensure consistency in messaging, tone and content.
• Work with the wider team to integrate messages across all touchpoints, relevant to the audience.
• Support with the creation of a range of marketing materials, from product launch materials to digital content.
• Supporting the integration of activity across all channels including social media, the website, events, PR and in-branch POS.
• Support with product launches from concept stage to delivery, working with senior team to set the creative vision.
• Develop ‘added value’ materials, providing customers end-users with relevant support materials.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing support meets goals.
• Aid with content development, from online support videos to photography shoots.
• Develop website copy and content in line with tone of voice and messaging via the copywriter.
• Support with event stands and graphics.
• Ensure all customer facing communication meets brand guidelines and supports brand positioning.
• Manage logistics and delivery of brand team literature.
• Ensure all content produced is high quality and up to date.
