Job summary

Bosch is offering an apprenticeship opportunity at the Bosch Service Training Centre in Denham. The role focuses on training coordination with a customer-first approach within the Automotive Aftermarket training department.

The apprentice will study Business Administration apprenticeship level 3 and work full-time in the office, supporting course delivery, invoicing, and reporting, with a £25,000 annual salary plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer engagement and relationship skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Bosch Service Training portfolio to increase course uptake and revenue.
• Coordinate training events and manage bookings across UK and Ireland.
• Act as key contact for customers and manage course enquiries.
• Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to plan and deliver training programmes.
• Support internal finance processes including invoicing and revenue reporting.
• Ensure accurate records in LMS and internal systems.
