• Confident engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
• Motivated to achieve great results through interaction with customers and athletic products
• Initiates completion of tasks without supervision
• Flexible availability – nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and partnering with colleagues to deliver excellent sales service
• Deliver sales and outstanding customer experience while meeting operational expectations

• Engage with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
• Learn and share product and trend knowledge to fit customer needs
