Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers is seeking a friendly Customer Experience Team Member to help customers in-store, provide expert advice, and create a welcoming environment. You will work with the team to support sales targets and ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.

The role offers part-time hours (7.5 hours/week) with Saturday shifts, and provides opportunities for training, development, and progression within a customer-focused rural business.

• Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks, GDPR awareness.

• Maintaining high standards of store presentation and stock awareness.

Job description

We’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Team Member. About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Part-time

Hours of Work: 7.5 Hours per week, working Saturday from 9:00am - 5.30pm

As a Customer Experience Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our store — helping customers find the right products, offering expert advice, and creating a welcoming environment. You’ll work closely with your team to deliver a high-quality retail experience, support sales targets, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-focused service
