Job description

Customer Experience Team Manager

Salary: £36,000.00 - £40,000.00

Hours: 37.5

Location: Leicester (Syston) - Hybrid Working

Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Team Manager, reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will lead a team to achieve performance targets through excellent customer service, adding value through sales and service of our bottled gas and bulk clients. At Flogas, while we have a fossil fuels background, we are transitioning towards 100% renewable energy by 2040, supporting customers in reducing emissions and adopting new technologies like heat pumps and solar panels.

Minimum Requirements
  • Experience managing teams in a contact centre environment
  • Proven skills in people and time management
  • Experience in people development and recruitment
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance business and customer needs
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Positive change management experience
