Key Responsibilities in Sales Team Management

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the robust and well established sales team majority remotely or in a contact service centre or remotelyto achieve and exceed targets through effective coaching, performance monitoring, and strategic direction.
  • Client Strategy Development: Develop and implement advanced client engagement strategies to secure new business and deepen current client relationships.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyse sales data to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for performance improvements.
  • Collaborative Planning: Work closely with all managers and teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team, encouraging creativity and innovation.
