Job summary

Motorpoint in Glasgow is seeking a Sales Support to deliver first-class service, handle administration and use our CRM to resolve customer cases. You will engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone, ensuring smooth handovers and timely responses.

With a full UK driving licence and strong communication and teamwork skills, you’ll contribute to a positive customer experience. This permanent 40-hour role includes weekend shifts and a monthly bonus.

Responsibilities

• Delivering fantastic customer service over the phone and face-to-face
• Managing administration tasks and resolving customer queries with efficiency
• Using our CRM system to track and resolve customer cases
• Understanding what each customer needs are when they arrive and ensure a smooth handover to the right team member
• Liaising with internal teams to resolve enquiries and complaints
• Working as part of a team to ensure customer service (NPS) targets are met every month

The Role: Sales Support

Salary: £13.10 per hour + monthly bonus

Location: Glasgow

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota - weekend working will be required.
