Job summary

Argos Limited is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding service across tills, collection points and shopfloor screens. You’ll handle payments, explain financial services, and process refunds, while assisting customers and supporting stockroom tasks when needed.

Build product knowledge to provide recommendations and maintain a fast-paced, high-energy store environment. This role offers part-time hours and an inclusive team culture with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be above the school-leaver age in your country.
• Must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
• Hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from stock, take payments, explain financial services for certain products and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor to assist customers and advise on products, with stockroom support when busy.
• Build strong product knowledge to provide recommendations.
