Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in Ledbury to recruit a Customer Service Administrator. You’ll be the key contact for customers, handling orders from receipt to delivery and collaborating with production and planning teams to meet customer requirements.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, solving problems, and maintaining strong relationships. Prior experience with ERP/CRM systems and SAP/Salesforce is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience using ERP or CRM systems to manage orders and customer data.
• SAP and Salesforce experience would be advantageous in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery using CRM/ERP.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Support customer service performance reviews and drive continuous improvements.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally with timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with production, planning and supply chain to manage stock levels.
• Monitor inventory and help minimise aged stock and stockouts.
