Job summary

JT Global Enterprise in Jersey is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our Talk team. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and empowering customers with timely information.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer service environment.
Comfortable using multiple applications/computer systems at once.
Owns problems and is responsible for outcomes.
Delivers accurate information and records details clearly.
Engages with people confidently and builds positive relationships.
Communicates clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

Provide 1st line customer support by investigating and resolving land line faults, mobile service queries and billing enquiries.
Co-ordinate and administer all new orders and faults.
Monitor progress and offer customers up-to-date information.
Establish and maintain knowledge and technical expertise on Company products and services.
Receive and deal effectively with customer feedback.
