Job summary

Splend in London is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers in the UK and Australia. This phone-based role is based at our London office and offers a zero-hours contract with shifts from 7am to 9pm, including weekends and bank holidays.

You will resolve queries, log interactions in Zoho CRM, and support our customer-facing teams across both markets while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years' experience in a customer service position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to learn new systems quickly.
• Zoho CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via phone and CRM.
• Update CRM with interactions after each contact.
• Proactively manage service times and follow up before due dates.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships and meet targets.
• Work weekends and bank holidays as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
