Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reception duties: calls, emails, post, and meeting room bookings.
• Support events and community engagement activities.
• Responsible for daily and monthly social media updates.
• Keep the Centre running smoothly by maintaining supplies, equipment, and shared spaces.
• Assist with a variety of customer needs, from booking couriers to recommending local spots.
• Provide backup support to the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager.
