Job summary

ASDA is seeking a Store Manager to lead the overall running of our Coseley store. You will drive day-to-day operations, optimise availability and minimise waste, while coaching a team to uphold high standards and customer service.

You’ll plan and execute strategies to improve trading activity, ensure compliance, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues on the shop floor daily.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager or Duty Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong operational knowledge across food and non-food departments.
• Track record of improving availability, reducing waste, and managing shrink.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning strategy and execution of day-to-day store operations.
• Maximise product availability and minimise waste and shrink.
• Coach and develop the store team to deliver high standards.
• Ensure store complies with health and safety policies.
