Job summary

Roadchef Ltd is seeking a Customer Experience Leader for the McDonald’s unit at Strensham, near Worcester. You will join Kirk, the Site Director, to deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining moments for customers.

As part of the team, you’ll drive customer experience, support operations, and help maximise sales through proactive service. Training is provided to help you excel and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant, bar, cafe, shop or catering/retail environment preferred.
• Passion for delivering great customer experience and working with people.
• Willingness to train and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer experience within the McDonald’s unit under the guidance of the Manager.
• Work with the Manager to maximise sales by delivering excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
