Roadchef Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy McDonald's unit, supporting the Business Manager in daily operations, and leading a team to ensure smooth service, food safety, and brand compliance.

You will focus on developing staff, delivering outstanding customer service in a high-volume setting, and driving sales while controlling costs, with clear opportunities for progression within Roadchef and its partner brands.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager or supervisor in a high-volume catering or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for great food and outstanding customer service.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate team of crew members and shift managers.
• Ensure the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
• Drive sales and manage costs to achieve business targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume and fast environment.
• Step up to manage the unit in the absence of the Business Manager.
• Foster a positive Roadchef culture and uphold company values while supporting the McDonald's operation.
