Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is beneficial but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Act with honesty and integrity when delivering service support.
• Manage all communication channels including WhatsApp, emails, calls and online presence (Trustpilot/Google Reviews).
• Handle HR-related enquiries and verify employment status to HMRC; complete references.
• Process end-of-contract steps, pensions and holiday pay refunds before P45ing.
• Educate customers on payments, expenses and payslips.
• Provide access to pensions and employee benefits portal.
