The Pet Vet is seeking two part-time Customer Experience Coordinators to join our Southampton team. You will be the first friendly face customers see when they arrive and the voice customers hear on the phone, delivering exceptional service for pets and their people.

Join a well-established practice with CPD opportunities for veterinary reception teams through the BVRA, and become part of a supportive local community focused on high-quality care for animals and their families.

We’re on the looking for two part time Customer Experience Coordinator to join us at Southampton! This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, well-established team, dedicated to consistently wowing our customers by delivering exceptional customer service.

What we’re looking for

We're looking for a customer service superstar who can help to create a really positive, welcoming, friendly and efficient environment for customers and their pets. Our Customer Experience Coordinators are often our customers’ first point of contact; the first faces they see when they walk into reception, and the voice down the end of the phone when they ring us. This puts our CECs in a great position to deliver a fabulous, long-lasting impression! You'll be able to take full advantage of our CPD for veterinary reception teams, provided through the BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association).

Hours of Work

We are looking for two people to join our team, working 19.5 hours average, 2x 8 hour days and 1 in 4 weekends.
