Merkur Slots UK Limited in Wembley is looking for a Team Member to join our venue. This 40-hour-per-week role offers £13.25–£14.75 per hour, with a £14.75 night-rate between 23:00 and 06:00, and weekend/Bank Holiday rota coverage.

You will deliver first-class customer service in a retail/hospitality environment, work as part of a team, follow brand guidelines, handle promotions, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
• Excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Flexible and dedicated.
• Attention to detail.
• Industry and compliance training will be given.

Responsabilités

• Maintain venue housekeeping to highest standards (cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls).
• Provide service rounds and refreshments per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and note any suspicious/disruptive activity.
• Support administration with 100% accuracy as required.
• Help promotions run smoothly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver customer service in line with company standards and policies.
