Job summary

Network Plus in Torquay is seeking a Customer Care Supervisor to own CARE activities and drive exceptional customer feedback and satisfaction scores. You will support operations in resolving enquiries and complaints within D+1, and lead walk-off post-completion activities coordinated by the Customer Manager.

The role requires experience in utilities, strong people and project management, and a driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Utilities sector.
• Supervisor Street works qualification an advantage.
• Strong management skills – people, project and client management.
• Financial and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Effective CARE completion on all projects.
• Take ownership of customer enquiries and complaints within D+1 working days.
• Track customer experience KPI and compile monthly & weekly reports.
• Engage customers via letters and notices within prescribed timeframes.
• Act as escalation point for major complaints and coordinate resolutions.
