Job summary

One Stop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our store team in a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same.

You will play an important role in day-to-day store operations, delivering excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store’s appearance. You will also engage with customers to gather feedback and support a safe, welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused front-line experience in retail or service industries.
• Ability to handle cash and operate till systems accurately.
• Experience stocking shelves and maintaining store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Stock shelves and maintain store appearance.
• Process payments at the till and assist with online orders.
• Assist with stock routines and replenishment to meet customer needs.
