Job summary

The Co-operative Bank plc is seeking a friendly, helpful person to join the team at our Trowbridge branch for a 12 month maternity cover. The role is full-time, with Monday to Friday 08:45-17:00 and alternate Saturdays 08:45-12:30, in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

You will engage with a diverse range of customers, manage cash transactions carefully, and handle admin tasks while staying up to date with our policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current experience in a customer focused role (e.g. retail, hospitality or call centre)
• Experience of interacting directly with customers and providing a great service on a daily basis
• Good attention to detail with experience of processing customer details or data accurately

Responsibilities

• Deal with cash transactions accurately and securely
• Take telephone calls for the Customer Service area and support colleagues
• Keep up to date with services, policies and procedures and handle admin tasks
